About the Role
Reporting to the concession management team, you will become a brand ambassador. Consistently delivering excellent customer service and upholding the LULUONLY guidelines and values, engaging with clients to drive sales and repeat business to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Associate
Fully responsible for sales; work towards store target
Show keen interest in developing brand knowledge
Comply to company policies, procedures and instructions at all times
Cash Handling and Payment Processing
Process payments, refunds and exchanges accurately following company guidelines
Open/close/reconcile tills daily reporting any discrepancies to Boutique Manager and/or Retail Manager
Store Operations
Ensure store is kept clean and tidy at all times and that visual merchandising is maintained in accordance with company guidelines
Ensure the appropriate process of:
maintaining back stock, trays, packaging and cash desk
stock deliveries
in-store services (including engraving)
compile and execute Boutique reports
Customer Service
Greet all clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
Establish client’s needs, offer guidance and advice
Maintain high level of customer service at all times
Mystery shop reports should not be below 75%
Report customer issues to Boutique Management team
Clienteling
Collect and update customer information to ensure efficient use of client book and accurate data capture
Develop and maintain client relationships in line with company guidelines
Team Engagement
Learn and develop engraving skills
Comply to company policies, procedures and instructions at all times
Adhere to LULUONLY’s Retail Dress Code Policy
Languages:
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
About You
Jewellery experience beneficial but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate to a wide range of clients
Ability to upsell and link sell
Ability to build and maintain a client book
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Positive, proactive and able to use own initiative
Prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer expectations are achieved
Preferable with minimum 4 years working experience in retail industry
Basic knowledge of Computer
across flagship our Boutiques and Concession Counters
