Return

We accept order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. The order cannot be cancelled if the product is already shipped or produced.

We also offer order adjustment service within 12 hours of purchase. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at  support@luluonly.com within 12 hours of purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
1. items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
2. items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch inclued)
3.No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@luluonly.com. Please note:
1.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
2.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

within the warranty period and the item parts damage under normal using condition, we will offer free new ones for replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
1. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on most of sale items or gift cards. Only few non-personalized sale items are eligible for returns and exchanges within 7 days, Please see Shipping & Returns Details in each item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
