Volunteering Leave
Caring for our planet and community is a part of who we are at LULUONLY. We give all employees two days of paid volunteering leave each year to support charitable causes.

Enhanced Parental Leave
Dependent on length of service, employees can benefit from enhanced parental leave (maternity, paternity/partner and shared parental leave) which tops their statutory pay up to full pay for a number of weeks, and the duration of this top up may increase subject to long service milestones.

Long Service Awards
We reward loyalty to the business with LULUONLY vouchers, issued at one, three, five and ten years of service.

Fertility Support
We appreciate that many people do not have a straightforward path to adding a baby to their family. Our Fertility Support Policy commits to providing paid time off to attend all appointments related to fertility treatment for our employees, for at least one cycle of fertility treatment per LULUONLY year, so that the ability to take paid time off is not a blocker for employees who need to access this treatment. We also provide manager guidance to help our people managers best support any team members undergoing treatment or experiencing challenges with fertility.

Menopause Support
We have a policy in place to ensure that employees who are experiencing symptoms of menopause are supported in the workplace, including guidance to managers on adjustments that could be made to help manage symptoms.

Pregnancy and Baby-Loss Support
Employees experiencing miscarriage, pregnancy loss or baby loss receive paid time off, whether they or their partner was carrying the pregnancy. We provide guidance to our people managers to help them to sensitively support employees experiencing a loss.

Committee Membership
If you are passionate about sustainability, wellbeing or equality, diversity and inclusion then we would love to have you join one of our employee committees. These employee groups are dedicated to moving forward on our roadmap for each of these areas and we are always keen to welcome new members to share the work and bring new perspectives to the room.

Social Activities
LULUONLY is a sociable place to work and we value a feeling of connectedness between our employees, wherever they are based. We have employee-led social activities, we mark birthdays and welcome new starters and aim to have an in-person company update social at least once a year.
